Microsoft Dynamics Full Investment Credit Policy
Existing customers that are up to date with their Microsoft maintenance/support plan can transition from one Microsoft Dynamics Product Line or Edition to another Microsoft Dynamics Product Line or Edition and receive a full investment credit based on your system’s Protected List Price on record with Microsoft.
Product Line Transition
For example: Move from Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) to Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
Edition Transition
For example: Move from Microsoft Dynamics GP Business Essentials Edition to Microsoft Dynamics GP Advanced Management Edition.
Product Line or Edition transition policy applies to the following products:
Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta), Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon), Microsoft Small Business Financials (SBF), Microsoft Dynamics C5, Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting, Microsoft Dynamics® Entrepreneur Solution. Does NOT apply to: Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Heritage GPA/Realworld/Solomon Investment Credit Policy
Customers using “Heritage” accounting software products are entitled to an investment credit for each user license to be used toward the purchase of an equal number of Microsoft Dynamics GP user licenses. Heritage products include: Great Plains Accounting (GPA) $1500 credit per user, Realworld Classic $1600 credit per user, Realworld Expertise $1900 credit per user, Solomon III $2000 credit per user and Solomon IV DOS $2000 credit per user. For example: Move from Realworld Expertise to Microsoft Dynamics GP and receive a $1900 credit per user – pay only $350 per user.
